St Louis Happenings

We have been having lots of fun together our first couple of weeks here. It is a huge city with endless things to do. We have been to the ZOO, The AMAZING art museum, a baseball game at Busch Stadium, and The Balloon lighting. So much fun and most things are free here, so that has been just wonderful!

Andy on his first day of school! What a cute student :)
Andy has been loving school. He has been studying his little heart out. But he has managed to join a cross-fit club that meets at 6 in the morning! Yikes, but he loves it. He also is going to run for Vice President of his class! He is so organized and excited to get involved. What a good guy!

Forest Lawn Park! Amazingly beautiful.

The Art Museum.

A couple in our ward, called us last Monday asking if we wanted their to die for tickets to a Cardinals game against their biggest rival, the Cubs..booooooooo. Um...so freaking excited we told them yes and ran home to get on our gear and head out to my first Cardinals game!

Yesterday we went to the ZOO. Here Andy was telling me to strike poses, work it
The week old baby giraffe! So cute!

We have multiple pics of Andy trying to grab all the birds
Loved the Penguins. I want to watch that cute movie again...I can't even remember the name but they just make me smile
And that night the balloon lighting happened. There is a race today with all these hot air balloons but the night before they blow them all up and set off an alarm maybe every minute and everyone lights up and it looked so pretty!

Later that night we were able to go out with some of Andy's School friends. Those LDS people that wear their BYU gear just stand out, so Andy was able to find some friends pretty easily! We are feeling more and more aquatinted with the area and I'm loving that we found some friends so fast!
